1. Business Structure
Like Bricks operates through multiple licensed entities in the United Arab Emirates, each responsible for the operation of its respective branch.
Refunds are processed by the relevant Like Bricks licensed entity corresponding to the branch where the service was booked or provided.
2. Online Payments
All online payments made on our website are processed securely through third-party payment service providers, including Telr.
Like Bricks does not store or process customers’ credit or debit card details. All payment information is handled directly by the payment service provider in accordance with their security and compliance standards.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Cancellation of a booking by Like Bricks
• Technical or operational issues preventing service delivery
• Duplicate or incorrect charges
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, and in any case no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the scheduled service or discovery of the issue. And will be reviewed by the relevant Like Bricks licensed entity.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws or where otherwise stated.
• Completed play sessions
• Used or partially used packages
• No-shows, late arrivals or bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit or event
• Promotional offers, vouchers, or discounted packages
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment
• Refunds will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
• Processing time may vary based on the payment provider and banking procedures
• Like Bricks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks
6. Amendments and Withdrawal
Like Bricks reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw this Refund Policy at any time at its discretion.

7. UAE Consumer Protection Compliance
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
