1. Business Structure
Like Bricks operates through multiple licensed entities in the United Arab Emirates, each responsible for its respective branch.
Cancellations are handled by the relevant licensed entity corresponding to the branch where the service was booked.
2. Cancellation Terms
Customers may cancel their requested services within 24 hours of booking, unless otherwise specified for a particular service or package.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, event, or service may not be eligible for a refund, unless required under applicable UAE law.
3. Refunds for Cancellations
If a cancellation is eligible for a refund:
* Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment
* Refunds may take up to 45 days to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card
* All refunds are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy, available on the Website.
4. Non-Cancellable Services
The following are generally non-cancellable:
* Completed or partially used play sessions
* No-shows or late arrivals for pre-booked events
* Promotional or discounted packages
* Services already delivered
